Norwegian salmon fillet is cooked over low temperature to maintain a succulent pink centre. The skin is then pan-fried, and livened up with shallots and oyster sauce, and topped with crispy garlic. The wholesome dish comes with rice, seasonal vegetable, salted veggie and egg roll.
