Loong Dim Sum specialises in handmade Dim Sum. They serve
- Steamed bamboo basket dim sum such as Har Gow, Siew Mai, Chicken Dumpling, Truffle Crystal Mushroom Dumpling, Chicken Char Siew Pao, Salted Egg Pao and Lor Mai Kai.
- Fried dim sum such as Tiger Prawn Beancurd Roll, Handmade Egg Tart and Chicken Gyoza with Kim Chi.
